How to Delete Your Gertruda Account

Gertruda lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Gertruda app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Account
4. Tap Delete account
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile information (name, birth date, gender, zodiac sign)
• Your dream journal entries and analyses
• Your Oracle chat history
• Any horoscope, eight-ball, blood type, or compatibility readings you've saved
• Your account credentials and authentication data

Deleting Individual Data Without Deleting Your Account

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific content. From within the app, you can permanently delete individual items on their own, including:

• Individual dream journal entries
• Individual horoscope or eight-ball readings
• Individual compatibility results
• Your saved blood type reading
• Your Oracle chat conversations

Each of these has a delete option where it's listed or viewed in the app. If you'd rather we remove specific data on your behalf, email privacy@gertruda.fun describing what you'd like removed and we will process the request without deleting your whole account.

When Your Data Is Deleted

Your data is permanently deleted from our servers as soon as your account deletion is confirmed. This action cannot be undone.

Active subscriptions are not cancelled automatically — manage them in the App Store or Google Play.
